We took care of all social programmes and conference support of the international sales meeting of AGC from 14 to 16 December 2011.

2–4 November 2011, Bruges
We organised the meeting of the Dutch association for GP's, the 'Ondernemende Huisarts' in the fine setting of the Grand Hotel Casselbergh.
Bronovo / MK Producties
12 – 14 October 2011 - Bruges
The Bronovo hospital from The Hague (NL) organised their training conference in Bruges. We took care of all social programmes and entertainment.
Inmiddels hollen we al weer door naar het volgende project en andere klanten. MAAR... Dat wil niet zeggen dat we niet genoten hebben in Brugge vorige week. De deelnemers waren zeer tevreden, hebben genoten van het actieve middagprogramma en waren onder de indruk van Adornes en het sprookjesachtige optreden in de grafkerk. Hartelijk dank voor de fijne samenwerking, jullie manier van werken sluit zeer goed aan bij mijn perfectionistische, detaillistische inslag. 20–23 September 2011 - Bruges
We welcomed about 500 internatinoal delegates on the ISTA conferende in the Concert Building. We took care of all transfers, hostility staff, social programmes and original conference entertainment.
Novartis Pharma / MCI Suisse
14–18 September 2011 - Bruges
As the local organiser for Novartis Pharma, we organised this international conference in the Old St. John's Hospital.
EASSP Conference
9-11 July 2011 - Bruges
We took care of the complete handling of this conference in the Kempinski Hotel in Brugge. The first night was closed by a walking diner featuring Belgian beers. On the second night, the delegates enjoyed a gastronomic diner in the 15th century Court Bladelin, including a private concert. A tour with horse chariots in the surroundings of Bruges was the closing of the programme.

International seminar in the Kempinski Hotel in Bruges which was closed off by a sunny lunch al fresco under the trees of the private St. Georges Archery Guild. We organised all social programmes, diners and transfers.

26–29 May 2011 - Bruges
For the first time, Loyens & Loeff ervoor organised their general meeting outside of the Netherlands. In close cooperation with caterer Deldycke/Karmeliet and florist Katrien Vandierendonck we organised two dinners in the Porthouse and the Provincial Court.

International conference in Bruges where delegates were treated to a privat concert of the Belfry on their way to the dinner venue.

15-17 December 2010 - Bruges
For Riziv we organised a conference under the Belgian Presidency of the EU. As venues for this conference, we booked the new Grand Hotel Casselbergh and the unique historical setting of the Provincial Court on the Grand Market. We combined this with a diner in the Concertgebouw with a Chocolat Experience als ‘grande finale’.

A three-day seminar in Bruges with three different evening programmes, amongst which a mouthwatering cocktail walk followed by an animaterd diner in the city theatre of Bruges.

Euratex organised their international annual seminar in Bruges this year. After the meetings in Hotel Kempinski, we discovered Bruges in a very personal way.
ESUR
8-12 September 2010 - Bruges
European Symposium on Urogenital Radiology. From 9 to 11 September we welcomed more than 300 radiologeists in Bruges. The venue for the conference was conference centre Oud Sint-Jan, the galadiner took place in the prestigious Provincial Court where delegates also enjoyed a unique concert of the Ishtar ensemble. Geoffrey Van Hulle Event & support functioned as local organiser of this event.

The full team enjoyed an exciting 2 day seminar in Bruges with the central focus on the optimalisation of their range of meat products. The theme was elaborated in a very creative way and in the tiniest details.
As apotheosis, we developed a special informative game in Bruges around their products. Chocolatier Pol Depla even created a specially designed bonbon containing salami.

30 June-2 July 2010 - Bruges
From June 30th to July 2nd we welcomed the Legal Risk Management Seminar of Deutsche Bank in Bruges. Besides transfers and logistics, we took care of organising a special cultural and social programme and 2 diners. One took place in the Concert Building in Bruges where we created a summer garden on the roof terrace and one took place in the Provincial Court on the Market Square, with a private concert of the belfry as extra.

From May 13-16, the University of Ghent welcomed 450 delegates to the Self Determination Conference. We operated as external consultant and supported the conference organisation.

For Johnson & Johnson's international conference, we organised the original social programmes and dinners courtesy of Mrs. Nancy De Smet-van Damme of Wave Css.
The programma included a tour of Bruges behind the scenes where we visited unique private locations, and an authentic Flemish evening in brewery Halve Maan.
