The Bronovo hospital from The Hague (NL) organised their training conference in Bruges. We took care of all social programmes and entertainment.
Inmiddels hollen we al weer door naar het volgende project en andere klanten. MAAR... Dat wil niet zeggen dat we niet genoten hebben in Brugge vorige week. De deelnemers waren zeer tevreden, hebben genoten van het actieve middagprogramma en waren onder de indruk van Adornes en het sprookjesachtige optreden in de grafkerk. EASSP Conference
9-11 July 2011 - Bruges
We took care of the complete handling of this conference in the Kempinski Hotel in Brugge. The first night was closed by a walking diner featuring Belgian beers. On the second night, the delegates enjoyed a gastronomic diner in the 15th century Court Bladelin, including a private concert. A tour with horse chariots in the surroundings of Bruges was the closing of the programme.

European Symposium on Urogenital Radiology. From 9 to 11 September we welcomed more than 300 radiologeists in Bruges. The venue for the conference was conference centre Oud Sint-Jan, the galadiner took place in the prestigious Provincial Court where delegates also enjoyed a unique concert of the Ishtar ensemble. Geoffrey Van Hulle Event & support functioned as local organiser of this event.

The full team enjoyed an exciting 2 day seminar in Bruges with the central focus on the optimalisation of their range of meat products. The theme was elaborated in a very creative way and in the tiniest details.
As apotheosis, we developed a special informative game in Bruges around their products. Chocolatier Pol Depla even created a specially designed bonbon containing salami.

From June 30th to July 2nd we welcomed the Legal Risk Management Seminar of Deutsche Bank in Bruges. Besides transfers and logistics, we took care of organising a special cultural and social programme and 2 diners. One took place in the Concert Building in Bruges where we created a summer garden on the roof terrace and one took place in the Provincial Court on the Market Square, with a private concert of the belfry as extra.
