With the chef on tour
Our chef takes you on a tour along the tastiest spots in the city. During this culinary tour, you visit a number of locations related to the rich gastronmic culture of Flanders. Our chef introduces you to local produce and delicatessen on markets and specialty shops. Optionally, we buy top-ingredients and transform them to a mouthwatering lunch or dinner in a cookery workshop following the tour. This programme can be booked in the morning as well as in the afternoon.
CSR - Cooking for Poverello
Corporate Social Responsibility is rapidly becoming one of the crucial pillars of the corporate world and of the incentive sector in particular. In Bruges, we are playing a pioneering role by involving the environment in which we live in our activities and events. Together with you, we'd like to work out how we can translate this during your stay in Bruges. One concrete example is 'On tour with the chef for Poverello': one of our chefs takes you on a tour around Bruges to buy food on a couple of special locations. Afterwards, we cook lunch for Poverello, a shelter for the poor.
Hobby chefs

Sushi
Fed up with way too expensive sushi or the socalled sushi they sell in the supermarket? With the freshest ingredients, some patience, your creativity and the technique we teach you in this workshop, you make your own super-fresh sushi in no time.
Avant garde cooking
Our chefs introduce you to the weirdest kitchen utensils and the most modern ingredients in a well-equipped kitchen in the very heart of Bruges.

A cookery workshop with the best local produce Belgium has on offer. Top ingredients from the sea and the land in harmony with the best Belgian beers and with fine chocolate creations afterwards. A workshop for real foodies!
BBQ Festival
Sun, music, a leasurely atmosphere and fine food and drinks: these are the ingredients of our BBQ festival. Grilling and enjoying the food together with your party is the central focus of this BBQ Festival. We make sure the beer is served cold and the music is right for the occasion. Our BBQ-master will help you out on all practical matters. You can relax and chat in authentic beach chairs. The formula can be complemented by a cocktailworkshop.
